What documents do I need to export from Kenya?

How does assisted shopping work?
Send us product links on WhatsApp → we quote you product cost + shipping, no service fee → you approve and pay → we buy and ship to Kenya → collect at our Nairobi office or request door delivery. Perfect when your card is declined, the store only accepts local bank payments, or the store doesn't ship to Kenya.
Do I have to deal with KRA customs when my package arrives?
No. We handle all customs clearance and pay duties on your behalf. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — no KRA visits, no surprise charges at the door.
